Update from the cart!

Just got a $16 tip!

Greetings from my Golf Cart!

So today I am out on the golf cart. There are weird bugs all over and those gross jumping spiders. I loaded the cart today with stuff that people have requested before and I did not have. Made sure I stocked the stuff that did sell and headed out. With in the first three minutes three different groups of people came asking for the things I did not pack. You just can't win! I try to meet the needs of my customers but they want something different every day! People are being nice today, which means big tips. I brought some homework with me to work on but I can't bring myself to start it yet. Anyway it is going to be a long day but these beats sitting at my work desk.

Mom's 58th Birthay

I thought you guys would enjoy some pictures from the Big Bash. :) Amy and Carol came over and we just ate dinner and sang Happy Birthday. Mom and I made sooo much food. We made pasta salad, potato salad, caesar salad, and chicken. It was good, but as you can imagine we had a lot of left over food. Mom really wanted a salad spinner so Andrew and I gave her one. Dad gave her a reading light that clips on to her book, with some pens. Amy gave her Pepsi One. Apparently these are hard to come across these days. To wrap it up carol gave her Some shirts and Capri's. They were really cute.

The dogs were being cute too! Here are some pictures for Erika because I know that she misses Bowser. He misses you too! He sends his kisses to you!

Maine

Andrew and I just got back from Maine to visit the three cutest kids in the World. Clio is 15 months. Milo is 6 1/2 and Otto is 4 1/2. I am shocked to see them and how much they grow each time we visit. I am sure that all people think that their nieces and nephews are something special. But seriously mine are.

Milo is so incredibly smart. When she was little I used to try to trick her into different things. For example; she would ask me to play or to do something with her. I would tell her "ok Milo, let me do this first... then we can play when I am done". Well, she would watch me in every step and the second I was done, she would be on me again about playing. I quickly learned that she was going to be more attentive then the kids I grew up babysitting. To this day, I am very careful in what I say to her. Nothing, and I mean nothing gets by her. I now feel that because she is so freaking smart and intuitive that I owe it to her, like any other person, to be upfront and honest. She is like a little adult. She requires respect, but she still needs the love and compassion that you give to every child. I love her so much that I wonder somtimes if I will always love her more than my own kids... Very possible. :)

Otto. WOW! I wish every person could meet him. He is so loving. Most little boys always drove me crazy becuase they were loud, distructive, and most of the time a handful. Well Otto is guilty of all these things, but he would not be Otto with out them. He is energetic, yet he can be calm, he is distructive, yet he is gentel, and he is adverturous yet shy. He loves flowers. The whole trip he was spoting and picking dandylyons, carefully inspecting them and giving them as presents. He is such a interesting little guy and I am excited to see him grow up.

Clio is soooo cute. All I had to do was pick her up and she would lay down her head on my shoulder and cuddle. I love it. She has the cheeks that Milo had when she was a baby. Clio is more calm then Otto and Milo ever where. Maybe that is because she has two older siblings causing enough chaos for her.

BEE

This last weekend I went to Amy's new house, "fardawn". I was there to check out the new Bee hives she has been making. The guy bringing the bees to Dad and Amy is a guy they meet through the chicken club they are a part of. They have a name for him.. and if you really want to know you can ask me. Anyway he was there to deliver Bee's! It was pretty cool. They keep the queen separate from all the others in this little cage. They then take out this plug and replace it with a marshmallow. Then put the box in the hive with the other bees and then the bee's eat out the queen!
